Cancellation policy

1. Pre-Order Purchases

From time to time, certain products may be made available on a pre-order basis. By placing a Pre-Order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing merchandise that is either not currently in stock or not yet released for general sale. Unless expressly stated otherwise, full payment will be collected at the time of checkout.

2. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel a Pre-Order at any time prior to fulfillment (i.e., prior to the product being prepared for shipment). Once a Pre-Order has been fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

3. Refunds

In the event of a cancellation of a Pre-Order prior to fulfillment, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. If the Pre-Order has already been fulfilled, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

4. Limitation

RVNG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any Pre-Order if the product becomes unavailable, if inaccuracies are identified in product or pricing information, or for any other reason permitted by law. In such instances, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.
